By signing up to any mentorship or digital programme offered by Strong Money Forex, you agree to the following:

Purchases for mentorship services are processed through two separate platforms:

Whop.com, which charges a fixed platform access fee (currently £5/month)

Strong Money Forex, which collects the remaining mentorship fee via our secure checkout

Access to all digital mentorship content, including courses, trading videos, community areas, and learning resources, is granted via Whop. In line with UK consumer law, once digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or streamed, your right to request a refund is legally waived under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We do not offer refunds simply due to dissatisfaction or change of mind after access has been granted. Refunds will only be considered in the unlikely event that services are not delivered as clearly described on our website or landing pages.

Mentorship packages may include additional services such as 1:1 sessions, which must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Strong Money Forex does not guarantee on-demand or instant access to 1:1 calls unless expressly stated.

By completing payment, you confirm that:

You understand and accept these terms

You have reviewed the service description in full

You waive your refund rights once content access begins
